phtya Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the phtya platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all users in the Philippines and elsewhere.
Last updated: 2025. These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the phtya website and its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and phtya. They govern your use of the platform including browsing, account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, and any interaction with platform content or features.
phtya reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Limit
The phtya platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on this platform. This age requirement applies to all users, including those based in the Philippines where 21 is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation.
By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not registering on behalf of another person.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
phtya reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on phtya. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, phtya reserves the right to suspend or close any or all associated accounts without prior notice.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — secure and confidential. phtya is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
You must notify phtya immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access in a timely manner.
Account verification is required before financial transactions can be processed. phtya may request supporting documents — such as a valid government-issued ID — to complete identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of phtya, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and these Terms and Conditions. You must not:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform.
- Collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
- Open multiple accounts or use another person's account.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or location when registering or providing account information.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the phtya platform or its underlying technology.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
5. Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on phtya — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and belong to them.
phtya does not accept transactions from third-party accounts. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be returned to an account registered in the same name as the phtya account holder.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. Processing times vary by payment method. phtya is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or force majeure events.
phtya reserves the right to void or reverse transactions where fraudulent activity, technical errors, or policy violations are suspected. Promotion-related wagering requirements, if applicable, must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived balances.

6. Limitation of Liability
phtya provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtya shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of winnings or financial loss arising from platform use, technical failures, or service interruptions.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- Errors in game outcomes caused by software faults, provided that such errors are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable.
- Actions or inactions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or any other party outside of phtya's direct control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
phtya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate account detection.
- Requests for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance in good standing (i.e., not subject to pending investigations, bonus conditions, or policy violations) will be returned to the account holder through the original payment method where possible. Accounts under active investigation may have funds held until the investigation is resolved.

8. Intellectual Property & Other Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the phtya platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — is the property of phtya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
Third-Party Links: The phtya platform may contain references or links to third-party services or content. phtya does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms: phtya may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updated terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
